Mô tả công việc
Position Summary:
- Sales scope
- Maintain the close relationship and get full support from the clients with regular visits and entertainment i.e. lunch, dinner etc... within budget to enhance opportunities of getting required business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop inbound volume in accordance with company budget targets.
- Work closely with origin teams to grow volume for existing accounts.
- Conduct weekly sales calls to monitor progress and identify opportunities.
- Develop freehand business.
- Identify sales leads and facilitate communication with origin teams, ensuring follow up until successful acquisition.
- Stay updated on market intelligence and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Follow sales goals with team and Manager.
- Search for, identify, and develop sales leads from lists, publications, and given information (e.g. referrals, newspaper, magazines, MSC's network, internet and telemarketing) to increase market share in the territory.
- Identify and analyze customer needs and develop sales proposals, in line with Geneva pricing strategy.
- Managing customer's complaints and assist trouble shooting.
- Perform data entry for long term prospect into system.
- Perform any duties as assigned by Import Development Manager / Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Stakeholders & Interface:
- Internal: MSC Geneva/MSC ARO Singapore/Local Trade & Sales Managers/Documentation/Finance
- External: Shippers/consignee/terminals/depots

Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in shipping industry
- Preference given to candidates with experience in import sales.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Proficiency in MS office
- Fluency in English communication, both written and verbal
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Customer Orientated
- Have self-drive and passion to deal with people
- Able to work independently
- Adaptive
Key Performance Indicators / Measures:
- Communication with customers / POD agents and principal office
