• Drive new customer acquisition, conduct regular client visits, and consistently achieve revenue targets while maintaining existing accounts.
• Handle freehand/nomination shipments from sales or overseas agents, propose suitable sailing schedules, and accurately input booking data into internal systems.
• Proactively update clients on shipment status, resolve operational issues with carriers and internal teams, and manage delays or exceptions.
• Submit weekly sales pipelines, report progress to management, and complete assigned projects on time.
• At least 1 years of experience in Sea Export / Freight Forwarding TP/NON-TP lines (
Freshers are also acceptable with negotiable salary)
• Knowledge of sea export procedures, logistics operations.
• Good teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the local market and capacity to cultivate new business relationships.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing sales related to shipping or logistics.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Good English skills (both written & reading).
