1. Translation & Interpretation (10% - not mandatory)
• Provide Korean interpretation during meetings when required and prepare meeting minutes.
• Review and translate documents upon request.
2. Sales Support
• Prepare the Weekly S&OP sales data report for the Sales team.
• Review and comment on Domestic Sales Contracts; maintain and update related tracking files.
3. ERP System Improvement
• Support ERP enhancement activities to improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
4. Office Administration
Handle general office administrative tasks, including:
• Preparing purchase and payment requests.
• Monitoring daily company car operation schedule.
• Preparing monthly timesheet for the HCM office cleaner.
• Coordinating with the office lessor on office-related issues.
5. Other Duties
• Provide backup support for team members when required.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by line managers.
Yêu cầu
Mandatory
• Age: 24-28.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Law.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Admin / Sales Support.
• Strong Excel skills; good knowledge of Office tools and ERP systems.
• High sense of responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, proactive team player.
Preferred
• Experience in multinational chemical companies.
• Experience in data processing and sales contract review.
• Strong technical/commercial understanding; decisive and able to act with urgency.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
