Coordinate and provide support for business activities, including food, wood pellets, and other products, for both domestic and overseas markets. However, the main responsibility is for daily tasks related to domestic business, such as receiving orders from customers, sending orders to suppliers, issuing VAT invoices, and following up on customer payments.
Study and gather market information, and market news to create reports for SC group members.
Input information into the SAP system to generate.
Mate internal reports for the accounting department and General Manager.
Managed into SAP system the sending and receiving of samples to customers (seafood, oil, and others as needed).
Provide secretarial support for the General Manager.
Coordinate logistics and hotel accommodations for visitors.
Assist with the planning and execution of business trips for department members.
Yêu cầu
University graduate preferred, preferably from Business-related or English faculties.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with SAP
Minimum 2 years experience by using English.
Good sense of servicing, supporting, organizing, coordinating at work.
