Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and maintain marketing automation processes, including email campaigns, journey builder, automation studio, and data management.
Develop and maintain user roles, profiles, permissions sets, and data access levels within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users as needed.
Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and recommend best practices for implementation.
Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures

2+ years of working experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structure and key functionalities.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) are a plus.
