About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented SAP ABAP Consultant (with at least 1 year of experience) to join our Enterprise Applications team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize custom SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA platforms, collaborating closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into high-performing technical applications.
What You Will Be Doing
RICEF Development: Design, build, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects) across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related modules.
Technical Translation: Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand business processes and formulate efficient technical specifications.
System Optimization & Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance tuning on existing ABAP programs to ensure maximum system reliability and performance.
Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for ABAP solutions, verifying code quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Integration & Documentation: Develop technical integrations using RFC, IDoc, OData, and Web Services while maintaining thorough technical design documentation.
What You Bring to the Team

Experience: 1+ years of hands-on technical experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant or
Developer.
Core Technical Skills: Proven track record in developing RICEF objects. Strong working knowledge of ABAP Workbench tools, ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancements.
Module & Integration Exposure: Familiarity with core SAP functional modules (SD, MM, FICO, PP, or HR) and integration technologies (RFC, IDoc, OData, Web Services).
Bonus Points: Practical experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and/or an official SAP ABAP Certification is a major advantage.
Soft Skills & Education: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid English communication abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
