Key Responsibilities
- Project Management Support Assist in breaking down project tasks and assigning them to team members. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Support weekly project tracking calls and provide updates to stakeholders. Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports to management.
- Internal Marketing & Communication Develop and maintain content for the SAP Sustainability Ecosystem Engineering SharePoint site. Create engaging success stories, newsletters, and internal communications. Assist in drafting organization-wide rollout emails and announcements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Operations & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the Sustainability Ecosystem Engineering workstream. Develop and maintain document templates, process guides, and FAQs. Support the creation of best practices and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Support Assist in analyzing customer and partner lists for targeted outreach. Contribute to the creation of sales-facing materials (e.g., presentations, brochures). Support partner webinars, solution demos, and video content creation. Collaborate with team members and fellows on GTM strategy execution.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Planner).
- Basic knowledge of SAP solutions (preferred but not required).
- Passion for sustainability and technology.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
