Job summary: Partner with
business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives across Commercial and Operations functions. Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing end-to-end HR support and ensuring effective people management across multiple locations in Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
Lead and support end-to-end HR activities, including manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Advise managers on HR policies, labor law, organizational changes, and people-related issues.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, C&B, L&D, HR Operations) to deliver HR programs.
Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
Travel to factories and business locations across Vietnam to provide on-site HR support.
