- Manage and be responsible for the company's safety, health, and environmental work.
- Monitor, implement, and improve the HSE management system as required.
- Train and raise safety awareness for employees.
- Inspect, assess risks, and propose improvement measures.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and occupational health standards.
- Tasks related to ISO.
- Specific details will be shared during the interview.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HSE experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment. ( Experience in obtaining environmental permits is a plus.)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE systems from scratch, beyond operational execution.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, environmental regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA).
- Strategic thinking & leadership: Ability to drive HSE initiatives with a clear vision.
- Proactiveness & innovation: Not just following existing procedures but proposing breakthrough solutions.
- Strong communication & persuasion: Ability to train, guide, and influence employees and managers.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills: Capable of quickly addressing HSE issues to prevent major incidents.
- Proficiency in office software and HSE management tools.
- English proficiency is an advantage (especially for working with international standards).
