- Responsible for day to day smooth operation of Transportation management system (TMS) and SAP
for billing process and document return process
- Daily reconcile data in TMS and standard transportation tariff before posting to SAP
- Prepare the supportive documents for billing process
- Input precisely & maintain master data of tariff on TMS and SAP
- Prepare, check and control service contracts and annex between us and customers
- Analyze and suggest process improvement according to current operations to be more smooth and precise
Yêu cầu
- Candidate possess Bachelor's Degree in International Business/ Import Export or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- No require experience, 0.5-1y experience is plus
- Careful and detailed personality and process oriented
