Develop and manage training and development programs for employees.
Identify skill gaps and create strategies to address them.
Coordinate performance management and career development initiatives.
Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and deliver solutions.
Maintain accurate records of training and employee progress.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
To ensure smooth relationship between management and employees by planning, organizing and monitoring labor relations issue such as trade union, internal regulations, organization culture, internal communication.
To supervise and control operation of clinic and first aid activities.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, GPA equal 6.4 or up
Strong communication both Vietnamese and English and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Passion for people development and continuous improvement.
