Schedule - Planner

A leading Consultancy is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Planner Engineer to join Project Team
Location: Hanoi.
The requirement is for a Project Scheduler/Planner to work on an infrastructure construction scheme and which will require proficiency in planning software tools Primavera P6.
Main responsibilities will be to:
- Work with the Schedule & Cost Control Manager to develop the cooperation between other participants of the construction by working on the issuing of all the necessary procedures and set-up the future integration of the Project cost and schedule reporting,
- Support and review the 1st Works Program issue of contractors involved in the project,
- Support the technical team in the various Works Programs review issued by contractors,
- Play an important role in the interface between project team members to define project objectives and establish timeline milestone deliverables,
- Convert project objectives into strategic plans for scheduling and cost control,
- Implement and lead interactive planning meetings to establish timeline deliverables,
- Develop and monitor reporting progress against baseline schedule commitments,
- Identify potential schedule variances with recommendations for performance improvement and recovery action,
- Insure site visits for a better report when necessary.
During the phase of Project implementation, the Project Scheduler/Planner will provide support to the Technical Team for different tasks.
