Job Summary
• The SCM Manager is responsible for managing overall supply chain management activities, including procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory control, and material planning to ensure smooth business operations and production support.
• This position requires strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment while coordinating with overseas suppliers, headquarters, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall supply chain operations, including
purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and inventory management
• Ensure timely material supply to support production schedules and customer requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock control
• Develop and improve supply chain processes and operational efficiency
• Manage procurement activities and supplier performance
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Oversee import/export activities and logistics operations
• Coordinate shipment schedules and transportation arrangements
• Manage warehouse operations to ensure proper material handling and inventory accuracy
• Monitor logistics costs and improve transportation efficiency
• Coordinate closely with production, planning, finance, QA/QC, and project teams
• Support production planning and material requirement forecasting
• Monitor supply chain risks and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and overseas entities
• Prepare SCM reports, KPI analysis, and operational performance reports
• Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs and cost performance
• Lead and develop the SCM Team
• Ensure effective teamwork and continuous improvement activities
