Mô tả công việc
Scrum Implementation: Plan, advise, and implement Scrum methodologies in software projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate Scrum Events: Ensure Scrum events (sprints, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) are conducted positively and within the designated timeframes.
Task Coordination: Organize and manage tasks to keep the Scrum framework running smoothly.
Monitor Progress: Oversee the Scrum process and remove any obstacles that impede the team's progress.
Focus on Value: Help the Scrum team focus on delivering high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
Support Product Owners: Assist Product Owners in defining product goals and managing the backlog effectively.
Educate and Train: Train team members to understand and implement Scrum principles and methodologies.
Bridge Communication: Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the Scrum team.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required by management.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification (optional).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably in E-Commerce or related industries.
Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
Agile Tools: Experience with tools like Jira, G-suite, Confluence, or similar.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification (optional).
