Sea Freight Forwarding Team Leader

- Receive booking or shipment information from customers, agents, sales department.
- Check shipping schedule & arrange booking with shipping line, coloaders.
- Check cargo status and receive Arrival Notice from shipping line.
- Daily contact with customers or/ and partners for confirmation, check shipment information or other inquires.
- Process SI, B/L, VGM, AN, [protected info] input system.
- To follow, file AMS/AFR/FMC and send ISF on time.
- Make CN, DN to customers, partners and send shipping document, pre-alert to partners.
- Follow up cargo till arrival at destination or till finishing cargo delivery.
- Make payment to shipping line, suppliers & payment request to customers.
- Support accounting team to collect debt from customers if yes.
- Actively solve problem and report to team leader or department manager if yes.
- Take care and follow customer's inquiries relating to service or freight rate & together propose suggestions to improve quality if needed.
- Supervise working flow of team members to ensure smoothly operation handling.
- Participate in training and support for team members on work process and work fulfillment.
- Prepare periodical reports as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
