1. End-to-End Operations: Handle complete shipment lifecycles for Sea (Export/Import) and Border Trucking, managing everything from Bookings, Cargo Tracking, EDI Transmission, to Documentation and System Invoicing until the file is closed.
2. Global Network Agent Coordination: Cooperate daily with worldwide agents to ensure smooth international freight forwarding operations.
3. Client Management & Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely feedback. Proactively resolve operational issues to enhance service standards and minimize cost impacts.
4. System Compliance & Reporting: Maintain precise, timely data entry into internal systems, prepare regular reports, and comply with the company's Daily Management Process to deliver world-class service.
5. Continuous Improvement: Active participation in workflow optimization and execution of other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in Booking, Customer Service, or Documentation within a Freight Forwarder.
2. Language: Fluency in English
3. Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
