About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, aggressive, and experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our
business development and recruitment delivery efforts. In this dual-capacity role, you will be our key strategic talent partner, responsible for aggressively hunting new B2B client accounts and executing full-life cycle recruitment to close their jobs. You will act as the primary catalyst for expanding our market presence across Vietnam and the broader APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Drive aggressive B2B lead generation and prospecting across the Vietnam and APAC markets to establish strategic, long-term recruitment partnerships.
Take full ownership of direct sales efforts, from cold outreach and pitching to negotiating contracts and closing new business.
Achieve and consistently exceed aggressive quota targets for contract acquisitions and job placement revenue.
Initiate strategic plans for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from both net-new prospects and existing accounts.
Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage C-level decision-makers and hiring managers across various channels, including LinkedIn, social platforms, cold calls, and cold emails.
Develop a "champions network" from existing clients by acting as a trusted liaison, handling customer concerns with confidence, and ensuring long-term retention.
Recruitment Delivery & Account Management
Manage the full-life cycle recruitment process for your acquired clients, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent within tight SLAs.
Develop an intimate understanding of clients' hiring needs, managing their talent pipeline and aligning internal sourcing strategies to ensure high-quality execution.
Execute the full end-to-end recruitment process to directly source, interview, and place candidates to successfully close clients' open roles.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow regarding client successes, risks, and issues.
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline of prospects, client interactions, and candidate placements within the CRM system, producing precise reports when requested.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience, with proven experience in a 360-degree Recruitment, Headhunting, or B2B HR sales role.
Market Exposure:
Extensive experience and established networks in the Vietnam market and clients (Must-have), alongside broader APAC exposure. Exposure to the Australian market is highly preferable.
Sales Acumen:
Highly aggressive and proactive in Business Development with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing B2B deals.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Language:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Must-have).
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, advanced LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel prospecting methodologies.
