Senior 3D Designer (Event)

Position: Senior 3D Designer | Events & Activation

Report to: 3D Manager/ Creative Director
A. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior 3D Designer is responsible for creating 3D visual designs that meet clients' expectations and supporting the Manager in building the team.

B. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with Project Leaders (Account Team) to understand client's requirements & budget or attend meetings with clients to get the brief.
· Analyse the brief, give advice & orientation of the concept, idea,[protected info] is suitable & creative.
. Be responsible for all 3D items within the scope of the assigned project: KV, booth, stage...
· Present the creation, receive feedback from Manager/Director and/or clients, then edit/suggest the solutions or finalize the creation based on the comments received.
· Troubleshoot any problems that arise during work on a project.
· Meeting with clients, Manager/Director, Project Leader to discuss & review projects & deadlines
· Work closely with the 2D Designer Team & Motion Team to develop & finish all the items perfectly
· Support & train juniors; join the interviews with the Manager to recruit good members for the Team
· Stay updated about the latest design trends, creative software & hardware
· Nhận brief từ Manager hoặc từ Team Account; phân tích brief, đưa ra tư vấn & định hướng sao cho phù hợp & sáng tạo.
· Chịu trách nhiệm về tất cả các hạng mục thiết kế 3D trong phạm vi dự án được giao: Sân khấu, KV, booth,...
· Trình bày ý tưởng/bản thiết kế[protected info] Team nội bộ; nhận feedback & chỉnh sửa/ đề xuất các giải pháp hoặc hoàn thiện thiết kế.
· Tìm cách khắc phục mọi sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình làm dự án.
· Tham gia meeting/làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng nếu cần thiết; thảo luận với Manager & Account về tính chất/độ phức tạp của dự án & thời hạn của deadline.
· Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Team 2D và Team Motion để phát triển & hoàn thiện tất cả các hạng mục một cách tốt nhất
· Hỗ trợ & hướng dẫn juniors; tham gia phỏng vấn tuyển chọn nhân sự
· Luôn cập nhật về các xu hướng thiết kế trên thị trường, các phần mềm/công cụ mới.
C. JOB REQUIREMENTS
· College or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
· At least 2-3 years of working experience in Event/Advertising agencies
· Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Maya...& other skills such as modeling, texturing, rendering, lighting...
· Highly creative and artistic individual
· Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
· Good time management and organizational skills, good communication skills, have a keen eye for detail.
· Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học về thiết kế đồ họa
· Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các Agency tổ chức sự kiện/quảng cáo
· Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế như 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Maya... & các kỹ năng khác như tạo model, texture, render, lighting...
· Có tính thẩm mỹ & sáng tạo cao; chi tiết, tinh tế
· Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao & sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ để đáp ứng timeline
· Có khả năng thực hiện nhiều projects / tasks có độ phức tạp khác nhau, đôi khi cùng thời điểm
· Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và tổ chức tốt, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
