Summary
A senior account executive (SAE) is an experienced, broadly capable project and account manager who handles a wide range of assignments, projects and/or clients with a high degree of success and independence. SAE has strong client relationship and is considered a company leader.
SAE is responsible for providing senior level leadership to account teams, high level of daily client service and has proven ability to execute and drive results in media and influencer relations.
Account work can also include PR strategy, content strategy, creation and distribution, social media strategy and management, as well as data-driven reporting and analysis.
A few key notes about this role
- SEA is focused on driving high quality results for clients above all else.
- SEA is a confident communicator, confident under the most stressful client facing situation including but not limited to, in-person meetings, performance related meetings/ calls, etc.
- SEA consistently produces high level client-ready work, which requires zero oversight on email pitches, daily client written communications and update, press materials, etc.
- SEA is sought out by junior account team members for assistance, training and guidance.
- SEA works with senior management to formulate goals and objectives that drive their personal growth within the agency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationship
- Develop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, budgets and timelines
- Independently handle several accounts, directing much of the day-to-day work with assistance from more team members as appropriate
- Ensure that the team is appropriately informed and involved in projects
- Anticipate and lead in the resolution of emerging account problems
- Ensure that team can articulate and apply agency vision, goals, practice areas and capabilities
- Participate in internal training for junior and intern positions in the account team

Yêu cầu công việc
Ideally, minimum 3 years of relevant PR or marketing communications experience
Fluent in English and comfortable with working in international English-speaking environment
Knowledgeable about Vietnam media landscape
Outgoing personality, and is an out-of-the-box thinker and a natural leader
Has solid knowledge of the creative process, graphic and video production
Understanding of brand storytelling, media and influencer relations strategies, and digital/social media marketing strategies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Great people management and solid budget management skills
