*Job Description:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients, aligning with their business objectives, target audiences, and brand voice.
- Lead the management of social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Oversee content creation and curation, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that drives audience engagement and growth.
Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities, and incorporate insights into strategy development and campaign planning.
-Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
-Lead social media advertising campaigns, including strategy development, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization.
-Foster community growth and engagement through proactive interaction with followers, responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and client services, to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities (1-2 team members)
- Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
*Requirement:
-2-3 years experience in Business Development & Planning
-Good communication & negotiation skills
-Team management & monitoring
