Role Overview
As the core business unit, Senior Account Executive role in Account Solutions team will be responsible for managing key clients and helping them planning as well as executing IMC campaigns. Specifically:
1. Project Management:
- Coordinate Creative and Planning team to ensure project goals are met
- Manage projects and campaigns, accounting for quality, schedule and budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files.
- Manage LOTTE's indoor LED Ad projects, including contracting with clients & vendors, QC advertising materials and distribute ads on the LED systems.
2. Client Service:
- Maintain and develop client relationships. Understand their marketing communications needs.
- Write project briefs that accurately capture client's needs, objectives, and budget, and that give colleagues the information they need in order to do their best work.
- Ensure that the company's work exceeds clients' expectations.
- Develop new project opportunities with past and existing clients.
- Manage client billing and collections.
3. Production:
- Oversee effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Supervise and ensure quality of vendors and contractors' deliverables
4. KPI Management:
- Monitor the effectiveness of projects and campaigns.
- Prepare client reports.
5. New Business:
- Participate in company brainstorms and market research as needed.
- Participate in new business pitches, prepare pitch decks, proposal documents, and presentations.
