Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Accountant (Manufacturing, $1200, ID22838)
Assist the Finance &
Accounting Manager in managing daily accounting and finance operations in compliance with company policies and group regulations.
Manage accounts receivable (AR) and coordinate with the Sales Department to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Review daily accounting transactions in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform product costing, review cost-related data, and analyze variances between standard and actual costs.
Monitor inventory and prepare reports on obsolete, slow-moving, and aging inventory.
Calculate fixed asset depreciation, allocate prepaid expenses, and ensure accurate accounting records.
Review and record payroll, social insurance, and personal income tax (PIT).
Prepare and submit tax declarations, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and FCT, and reconcile tax-related matters with the tax authorities.
Review general ledger (GL) entries, reconcile accounting balances, and resolve discrepancies during month-end closing.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports, including the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Trial Balance.
Prepare annual budget plans and ensure accurate recording and control of expenses.
Support the Finance & Accounting Manager in ensuring timely monthly closing and reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance & Accounting Manager or Board of Directors.
Requirement
Male/Female. Under 40 years old
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Having 4-5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing companies.
Experience in product costing and cost variance analysis.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Good at English
Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
Candidates with experience in export processing enterprises (EPEs) are preferred.
