Candidates from HCMC: we ask for a minimum 1-year commitment to relocate to Hanoi.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Group Consolidation: Lead the month-end/year-end consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and FX translations (VND/USD).
- Reporting Standards: Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with VAS and US GAAP, ensuring data accuracy across all subsidiaries.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee general bookkeeping, AR/AP reconciliations, and streamline workflows to ensure all records are "audit-ready."
- Dual-Market Tax: Manage full-cycle tax compliance for Vietnam (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) and oversee US Tax (Sales Tax, CIT) for US entities.
- Transfer Pricing: Handle Transfer Pricing documentation and manage related party transaction disclosures.
- Audit & Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities on consolidated figures and regulatory inspections.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or higher; CPA or ACCA is a significant plus.
- Professional Expertise: 5+ years in Accounting; strong experience in Financial Consolidation within a group-structure or a Big 4 audit environment is a plus
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of VAS/IFRS (Consolidated Financial Statements); familiarity with GAAP, US GAAP is highly desirable.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in E-commerce, fast-growth retail, or international work environments is a major asset.
- Language & Tools: Professional English proficiency; Advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Growth & Efficiency: A "Think Big" mindset with a keen eye for process improvement to drive organizational growth.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and quickly master new accounting/tax concepts.
