Sending Confirmation Order (CO) to the client.
Creating and sending Work Order (WO) to the inspection leader. Following and updating WO to inspection team leader.
Sending Daily report & final report, test report to client, update immediately the condition of cargo and/or onsite status to clients.
Making draft certificate/Report as requested by the client. (Based on client documents like BL,...)
Issuing Certificate/Report as requested by the client.
Sending a hard copy of the certificate/report as requested by the customer.
Issuing invoice & debt collection
Cooperate with sales to update quotations, if have an additional request from the client.
Sending samples to lab/ head office or client as requested
Upload CO, WO & report and certificate to sharepoint
Summary monthly inspection data (GSIC or other channels)
Other related tasks as instruction from manager.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge of the Inspection service (agriculture commodities)
Knowledge of Testing parameters
Knowledge of Import and Export documents
College degree, and above
At least 3 years experience in a inspection customer relations role
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
English skills (basic in 4 skills)
Detail orientation
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
