JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Department/Reporting Line:
AI/Engineering Team - Reports to CTO
Job Purpose/Summary:
Design, build and deploy production-grade AI and agentic systems for enterprise clients while contributing to internal AI capabilities and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Build production AI/agentic systems; architect cloud-native AI solutions; integrate AI with enterprise platforms; lead technical delivery; implement responsible AI; develop reusable tooling/architectures; conduct evaluation and optimisation; mentor/share knowledge
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Production AI/GenAI experience (big & complicated projects); Python; AI/agentic frameworks; vector databases; AWS/Azure; SQL & data engineering; LLMOps; observability/evaluation; REST APIs/microservices; strong communication and problem-solving.
- Preferred Qualifications:
AWS AI/ML stack; Anthropic/AWS experience or certifications; responsible AI/governance
- KPIs:
Production delivery quality; system reliability; delivery timelines; AI evaluation/observability; reusable engineering contributions; client/team collaboration.
- Work Environment/Location:
Hybrid/client delivery; cross-functional squads; enterprise projects across financial services and a little bit of healthcare.

Relevant Work Experience:
Fluency in English communication is
A MUST
Bachelor's degree and above in Technology university, and other related fields
Be opened minded, have the ability to learn fast and willing to do attitude
Having experience in AI min 5 years of work experience
