- Lead and manage a team of architectural personnel and technical personnel.
- Gather and collect design requirements for new constructions, alterations.
- Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications.
- Manage, support and guide
designers involved in preparing drawings.
- Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
- Provide construction timeline, cost, and other specifications to management.
- Maintain all the documentations related to architectural designs and ensure proper documentation and archive.
- Provide project status updates to management and stakeholders on regular basis.
- Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of work in accordance to design intent.
- Prepare tender documentation, schedule, and material specification.
- Attend technical meeting to resolve work site issue.
- Assist Project Architect in resolving design and construction issue by liaising and instructing contractor.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants on all specific design and building requirement.
