• Leadership & Mentoring: Manage schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee QA/QC for a fully remote team. Actively train and mentor junior visualisers online.
• Workflow Optimization: Standardize SketchUp workflows (structural, architectural, landscape). Implement advanced layer and file management to maximize remote efficiency.
• Advanced Modeling: Lead large-scale, complex projects (e.g., hospitals, schools, high-rises). Take charge of highly detailed models and complex terrain generation.
• Construction Methodology: Master and direct the virtual team in creating practical visual simulations of complex construction sequences and methodologies.
• Client Solutions & Consulting: Work remotely with international clients. Proactively analyze projects to advise and provide optimal, high-value construction solutions.
Yêu cầu
• Communication: Advanced English. Confident in managing international clients and leading project meetings.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Technical Mastery: SketchUp expert. Able to build complex models rapidly, set standards, and optimize workflows.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing, mentoring, and delegating tasks for a 100% remote team.
• Quality Control: Manage the feedback loop, enforce high visual standards, and direct revisions.
• Innovation: Proactive problem-solver who implements new tech to boost team productivity.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple pipelines and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
