1. Executive Support to CEO
- Provide direct and support to the CEO in management and business activities.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's meetings, schedules, appointments, and business engagements.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and other documents for the CEO.
- Ensure timely follow-up on decisions, action items, and key assignments from the CEO.
2. Business Analysis
- Provide management with analysis on business performance, new project & policy projections.
- Analysis on monthly doctor performance report (revenue & KPI)
3. New Projects
- Work closely with HODs to coordinate, support, and lead new
business development projects as required, including P&L units, organizational development, new revenue drivers, and clinical partnerships.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and follow-up mechanisms to ensure effective project execution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO, highlighting key issues, risks, and recommendations.
4. Doctor relations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with doctors.
- Assist CEO to keep regular contact with doctors, set up close rapport including addressing any feedback on matters in relation to hospital services.
- Coordinate with Operation and Clinical leaders to provide all supports needed for doctors to grow their practice and revenue generated with the hospital.
- Lead the development of new doctor related initiatives to contribute to growing business.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Act as the Corporate Secretary and serve as the point of contact with the Group on administrative matters.
- Perform other duties and assignments as requested by the CEO.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of planning, budgeting and financial projections.
- Experience in operations management within the hospital or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal awareness and judgment
- Ability to focus on details and execution
