Process Discovery & Optimization (BPM Core)
Own end-to-end business processes (As-is vs To-be) across Workforce, Finance, Risk.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Break down complex business problems into structured, solvable components.
Redesign workflows with a product mindset, focusing on user experience (Ops, staff, stakeholders).
Drive outcomes to closure, not just design - track execution, unblock issues, and hold timeliné accountable.
Stakeholder Management & Change Adoption
Build alignment across Resource, Finance, Risk and leadership; manage conflicting priorities (speed vs. control vs. compliance).
Train and enable stakeholders; communicate clearly the value and impact of process changes.
Manage resistance and ensure smooth transition from manual to improved processes.
Take full ownership and accountability for outcomes end-to-end, including when things go wrong.
Data-Driven Problem Solving
Analyze operational data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Define and track success metrics: efficiency gain, time saved, accuracy improvement, cost reduction.
Translate insights into actionable, prioritized initiatives.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
Ensure solutions comply with data privacy (PII protection), internal compliance frameworks, and process-governance standards.
Design guardrails: thresholds, fallback logic, audit trail, human-in-the-loop where applicable.
AI & Automation (supporting skill)
Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation (GenAI for content, predictive analytics, workflow/automation tools) to a process that has already been redesigned with sound process logic.
No expectation to build or train models - comfort using existing AI tools/platforms to support execution is a plus not a requirement.
