Mô tả công việc
• Develop project management plan including setting project scope, timeline, cost, resource forecasting
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, especially the operations team in Hubs and Sorting Centers to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and in full
• Handle projects related to new purchase of facility, administration equipment, tools, MEP, construction monitoring, maintenance for Hubs and Sorting Centers
• Conduct site selection for new Hubs and Sorting Centers and review options base on company facility standard
• Evaluate cost and lead time effectiveness between options to propose the most optimal solutions for the project

Skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, good at team work
• Detail-Orientation, well-organized, good presentation skills
• Being fluent in English and having an international mindset is a plus
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Can be a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Ability to travel across the country to set up new warehouses and facilities
Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business, supply chain, procurement
• 4 years of experience in positions related to property management, project Management, etc.... in large-scale companies is a plus
• Experience in MEP system, QA & construction monitoring and autocad is prefered
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
