What you'll do:
- Co-create transformation strategies, business and operating models with clients.
- Improve business functions: finance, performance management, workforce, customer experience, and supply chain.
- Drive change in digital, organization, human, and business culture.
- Work in diverse teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Being coached by your leaders and coach junior team members and support project management.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or business transformation, business management.
- Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- A degree in business, finance, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
- A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for critical thinking and solving problems.
