What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced Automation Quality Control Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in coding with Python and have a proven track record of creating and executing automation test scripts for API, Web, and Mobile applications. The candidate should be well-versed in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and possess expertise in API and database testing. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile environments are essential.
1. Automation Scripting:
· Develop and maintain automation test scripts for API, Web, and Mobile applications using Python.
· Implement and adhere to established design patterns, including Page Object Model, Factory, and unittest.
2. Tool Proficiency:
· Utilize Selenium for web application automation.
· Employ Appium for mobile application automation.
· Conduct API testing using Postman or request
· Perform database testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
3. Quality Assurance:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
· Execute automated test scripts to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
4. Communication:
· Effectively communicate with team members, developers, and stakeholders to convey technical information and status updates.
· Participate in regular meetings and provide insights into automation testing progress.
5. SDLC and Agile:
· Work within established SDLC processes and methodologies.
· Contribute to and thrive in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
