A day in your life might include

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Robot Framework.
• Create and manage automated test cases for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior automation engineers.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve defects and improve test coverage.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and log defects using tools like JIRA.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

How to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 3 years focused on Robot Framework.
• Strong proficiency in Python, as Robot Framework uses Python-based libraries.
• Experience with SeleniumLibrary, API libraries (e.g., RequestsLibrary), and database validations.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
