Manage and optimize the entire automation system in the beverage production line. Ensure stable, safe operations and product quality in line with international standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO). Lead the technical team, implement technology improvements, and reduce downtime and costs.
Scope of responsibilities
1. Monitor and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and server/client infrastructure.
2. Diagnose and fix real-world issues in PLCs (Siemens, Omron, etc.), HMI, SCADA, inverters, servo systems, and encoders.
3. Manage electrical and pneumatic systems: inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
5. Work closely with the production team to solve problems and improve processes.
6. Manage technical staff: training, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
7. Implement new automation projects: from design and installation to final acceptance.
8. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
Age: From 27 years old
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering - Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years in industrial automation, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry
• Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Omron), HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo systems, and encoders.
• Solid understanding of filling, packaging, and palletizing systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems (pneumatics).
• Experience with CMMS, EMS, ERP, IoT, or Industry 4.0 technologies is an advantage.
• Proven ability in maintenance management and operational cost control.
• Proficient in engineering software such as TIA Portal, WinCC, and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Good at English: read/understand technical drawings and documentation.
Soft skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and production data analysis skills.
