Mô tả công việc

- Design and implement backend services.

- Collaborate with client developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experiences;

- Optimize servers for performance and stability, implement security structures, generating reusable code libraries and generate data storage solutions;

- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our system, and integrating new APIs to drive our products forward.

- Work closely with other junior engineers to support and supervise the service quality.

- Integrate various frameworks and automation tools to support business and marketing teams.

- Write high-quality, clean, elegant, maintainable, and testable code.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 4 years of experience in Backend technologies and programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS framework (ExpressJS/ NestJS), Python, Golang.

- Experience in implementing a Microservices Architecture

- Be able to motivate yourself and be thorough in self-management and self-learning

- Ability to write scalable, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code

- Experience with RBDMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (mongo, neo4j)

- Understanding of message broker (Kafka), caching, gRPC

- Experience in Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Other skills

- Seniority level should have experience with guiding junior members.

- Pair programming and/or mob programming.

- High interest in learning and using new technology.

- Strong interest in changing old industries with technology.

- Interested in learning how to build high performance systems
