Creatory's Hyppos team is looking for colleagues
HYPPOS is a fandom community economic platform jointly run by creators and their fans to create works together and share the revenue that is generated through an inherent economic system.
We are utilizing NFT technology to create exclusive creator memberships, the blockchain's tokenomics to more fairly distribute everyone's value in the community, and traditional cutting edge web technologies to bring it all to our users.
What you'll do
Design, build, test, and maintain our web backend API service responsible for serving the fans in our community
Our project is in the early stages of development, you will have the freedom to help select frameworks and technologies that you will be working with
The service scope includes: a user authentication system, notifications and subscriptions, eCommerce related activities, and more
Help improve our tooling and engineering practices

Who you are
- You have extensive professional experience developing user-facing web applications.
- Our frontend and backend are written in TypeScript, we expect you are comfortable with this language.
- You are independent and able to work under time pressure.
- You are curious and care about the bigger picture.
- You have previous experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- You are comfortable working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- You are comfortable with using English at work.
Nice to have qualifications
- Knowledge of Redis will be helpful to have
- You have professional experience or interest in site reliability engineering practices
- It's a plus to have some cryptocurrency background (e.g. web3.js) knowledge and interest
