SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Salary: Negotiable, up to VND 70 million/month
Working model: Hybrid - 2 days WFH/week

Your responsibilities
Build scalable backend services, APIs and databases.
Improve performance, security and reliability.
Collaborate with frontend engineers on system integration.
Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.
What we're looking for
6+ years of software development experience, focused on backend.
Strong experience in Python, Java, Go, PHP or Ruby; Python preferred.
Solid algorithms, data structures and system design.
Experience with database modelling, query optimisation and API design.
Understanding of frontend-backend integration.
Good spoken and written English.
