Mô tả Công việc
Analyzing the market situation, customers' behavior/ insight/ feedback, traffic generators changing, business performance & operation status.
Developing monthly/ quarterly marketing plan based on the analysis of the market, trade and consumer needs, resources and capabilities, focus on:
▪ Strategic Brand & Communication Plan: objective, direction, creative, key message/ key visual, social content/ advertising optimization/ agencies management to ensure brand/ product's awareness & consideration across touchpoints.
▪ Brand & Communication Execution & Management: collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including visuals (image/ video), copy, and multimedia assets, for various platforms and channels.
▪ Measure and report performance of all marketing communication campaigns.
▪ Develop and manage the brand & communication budget, ensuring that resources are allocated and spent appropriately to optimize brand growth and profitability.
▪ Work closely with Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager to develop & ensure that new products (F&B, Merchandise,...) not only align with the brand's aesthetics, quality, and values; but also help brand to grow sustainably & meet customer's need gaps.
▪ Work closely with internal departments & internal marketing team to well align & roll-out the programs on-time & in-full. o Others scopes of work assigned by line manager

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand & Communication or relevant.
02 - 03 years-experience in Brand Marketing, Communication, Product Portfolio, Pricing,...
Creative thinking, innovative, problem-solving skills or copyrighting/ video editor foundation is a plus.
Background experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG is a priority.
Passion for growth, experience to manage workload and multiple projects to adapt in a fast-pace environment
