Senior BTL Consumer Communications Staff

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsible for implementing & coordinating BTL tasks, including making plans, operating BTL activity, in order to contribute to company growth by strengthening brand power and getting new user for AVN's products through efficient and effective BTL activity.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the following assigned tasks via obtaining the cooperation of others. Other roles & responsibilities may be assigned additionally:
1. Planning:
- Create a BTL plan such as plan for wet sampling activity, Sellout to consumer at touch point, produce POSM by [protected info]
2. Operating:
- Work with the agency to operate the created plan on schedule.
- Propose an improvement plan to superiors quickly If there is an unexpected problem in the process of operation.
3. Review:
- Review the results after performing assigned tasks relating to communication activity.
4. Payroll:
- Check and discuss with each agency quotation in terms of cost efficiently and maximizing the effects.
- Make sure that the promised content in quotation is executed and proceed to payment process with AVN accounting section.
