Centralize payment gateways for managing transactions and after-payment business (such as refunds, chargebacks, claims, inquiries,..)
Build a seamless and interconnected supply-chain system by integrating advanced 3rd-party services for inventory management, catalog synchronization, logistics tracking, and more.

The Business Analyst will serve as a key link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful development of products that meet user requirements. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with the Product Manager, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective and user-centric e-commerce solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with the Product Manager/Owner and Business Owner in scoping, estimating, and planning projects. Manage project change requests efficiently to adapt to evolving requirements.
Documentation & SDLC Support: Produce comprehensive system/feature specifications, user stories/backlogs, business rules, and wireframes. Maintain crucial documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
E-commerce Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, and similar ecosystems to develop and deliver tailored, industry-relevant solutions.
Problem Solving: Conduct thorough analysis to identify underlying issues, determine root causes, and develop strategic, actionable solutions to address challenges effectively.
Data Analysis: Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. Utilize data analysis expertise to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, including UX/UI
designers for creating design mockups and wireframes, to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
UI/UX: Provide input and mentorship on UI/UX best practices, ensuring designs meet business objectives and user needs effectively.
UAT Test Scenarios & Support: Develop test scenarios for UAT and provide essential support to clients during the UAT phase, ensuring solutions meet their needs accurately.
