1. Analyze and report the business performance (40%)
Synthesize, evaluate, analyse operational data and provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to upon request.
Analyze business data, and provide periodic reports to evaluate the branch's operational status and business performance, by product line, and by channel (MT and GT).
Participate in the projects at the branch.
2. Strategic management (40%)
Participate in building goals, KPIs and develop solutions for the business unit
Propose goals, targets, solutions to support driving business perfomance for the branch.
Coordinate and with departments under the branch during building their's KPIs, solutions & action plans.
Operational control:
Communicate instructions on the implementation of KPIs and solutions to the departments
Mornitor the implementation process of goals, targets, solutions for the branch and units
Evaluate results, effectiveness and identify business.
Propose improvement plan, adjust targets/ solutions, and implementation methods for the departments according to the company goals.
Support departments in the process of implementing the action plan.
Monitor implementation of BOD's instructions to the departments, update implementation results.
3. Review the financial indicators of the system (10%)
Review the criteria for evaluating the performance of the system (financial, business, customer indicators)
4. Other tasks (10%)
Perform the assigned tasks on the software program correctly.
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
