Mô tả công việc
Playing a key role in executing deals by closely working with cross functional teams
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with SMEs for the Payroll Financing, Invoice Financing & EWA products.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling, able to set meeting with key decision maker.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving requirements and provide ongoing support and build referrals from existing clients.
Pro-actively working with BD teammates to craft and share best practices efficiently using common resources
Develop a deep understanding of the Payroll Financing, Invoice Financing & EWA products and its value proposition.
Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of the product to potential customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and SME financing needs.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management in the financial industry, with a focus on SMEs. Background in either Bank's Relationship Management (RM) division, Bank's Payroll division, or Consumer Finance business development is preferred.
Strong understanding of SME financing needs and challenges.
Excellent networking and prospecting skills to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the Payroll Financing, Invoice Financing & EWA products.
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environment
Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management in the financial industry, with a focus on SMEs. Background in either Bank's Relationship Management (RM) division, Bank's Payroll division, or Consumer Finance business development is preferred.
