1. Advanced Business Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deeply understand strategic business requirements and translate them into BI solutions;
Lead the gathering and analysis of complex requirements from multiple business units to ensure comprehensive coverage of information needs.
2. Architecting and Designing BI Solutions:
Architect and design robust data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes;
Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy , ensuring they meet scalability and performance standards.
3. Data Management and Quality Assurance:
Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and accuracy within the BI system;
Implement and monitor data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity across the organization.
4. Optimization and Performance Tuning:
Conduct in-depth performance tuning and optimization of BI queries, reports, and dashboards;
Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of BI solutions to ensure they meet business needs efficiently.
5. Mentoring and Team Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior BI developers and other team members;
Lead BI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
6. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations based on BI analysis;
Develop and deliver detailed reports and presentations that inform and guide business strategy.
