Senior Chemical Engineer

 Bonding process: to work enclose & make accurate judgments about the material elements of the product giving the shortest and most suitable bonding process possible while still ensuring the requirements. Applying environmentally friendly/recycling/Bio content chemicals, minimizing the harmful chemicals brought, the factors affecting the greenhouse effect, improve the working environment.
 Sample bonding quality improvement: Emphasis on rigorous & scientific inspection of processes and conditions during sample making to make sure to meet physical lab testing requirements with all samples.
 Re-solve product issues in development, and commercialization. Assist in presenting concepts and solutions at the functional level. Support knowledge transfer outside of the functional area as needed.
 Calculate chemical consumption to match with actual, VOC requirement, and update data on the chemical BOM system each style. Reduce chemical waste in the development & production process.
 Make weekly, monthly, project & monitoring reports for tracking & sharing.
 Perform other tasks as required by the leader, or manager (if any).
