1. Claim assessment (Thẩm định yêu cầu giải quyết quyền lợi bảo hiểm)
• Evaluate and assess insurance claim submissions (accordance with authority as prescribed in company policy) to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations on insurance business, terms and conditions of insurance policies, and company 's claim procedures and internal guidelines.
• Review and verify claim documentation to ensure completeness and validity.
2. Claim investigation (Xác minh yêu c ầu giải quyết quyền lợi bảo hiểm)
• Handle and follow assigned claim investigations and deliver results with the highest accuracy.
• Proactively develop an investigation plan suitable to the actual situations.
• Perform investigations according to approved plan and any arising situations (if any).
• Collect legal documents related to the investigated cases and prepare investigation reports.
3. Other Responsibilities (Những nhiệm vụ khác)
• Perform claim admin works, including receive claim documents provided by customers, communicate with customers during claim processing.
• Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the claim processes and internal procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate claim records and system entries to support reporting and audits.
• Other tasks as assigned directly by supervisor or Head of Claim from time to time.
Yêu cầu
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in law, medicine, insurance or related fields
Experience:
• Minimum 3 -5 years in life or non-life insurance claims.
• Experience in both claims assessment and claims investigation.
Skills required:
• Clear communication, analytical thinking and "can-do" attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and English.
