Senior Clerk Warehouse

1. GSP FIE Warehouse Management
• Investigate and propose the solution for non-conformity products during inbound, outbound, storage and complaints from Customers.
• Make sure goods storage in right location, quantity, quality, and match between system and physical.
• Inspect and supervise the inventory count, investigate, and give solution if have any mismatch during inventory management.
• Scrap goods: (1) make the document for scrap monthly or quarterly as regular (2) Join the scrap progress (3) storage scrap document/ evidence (4) make the scrap report if need.
• Withdraw goods: Receive the withdraw information from sale/ QM/ Customers.
Cooperate with relevant department to withdraw goods, make the withdraw report and
report to higher manager for next steps processing.
• Temperature & Humidity Control: Check the temperature & humidity record, approve
and storage document as law requirement and make sure fully document to show for
auditors if need.
• Follow up & Co - ordinate with other department to solve DDR report, expired goods,
stock adjustment.
• Supervise and inspect all products before hand over for Dealers and send related
documents to Dealers.
• Other tasks assign by directly manager.
2. SOP Insurance & Law updating
• Coordinate with 3PL to review and revise SOP related to WH/ Logistics process if any.
• Ensure all activities comply with SOP system & local law.
• Co- operation with "PTCM" to update and implement for any change from Law to WH
operation.
3. Auditing 3PL/GSP FIE
• Weekly conduct warehouse inspection to 3PL/4PL to find out non-conformity, then make
CAPA and follow up until completion.
• Coordinate with QM to conduct periodical audit to 3PL/4PL, find out non-conformity,
make CAPA and follow up to complete CAPA on time requirement.
4. GSP FIE Documents maintenance
Ensure all documents well maintenance and ready for any internal & external inspection
for GSP Warehouse.
5. Labelling management for GSP FIE Products
Recheck and supervise the labeling activities to ensure the label have full information
as law and do the right position on goods.
