1. Educational Qualifications
University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economy, Law, etc
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Understanding of collection strategy/process/operation.
PMP certificate for Project management experience.
Have in-depth knowledge of AI/digitalization.
Have a market observation of use cases to apply AI/automation in Banking industry.
Must have:
At least 3 years experience in Retail banking, 2 of them in Project management.
At least 1 year experience in AI/Automation projects
3. Competencies/Skills:
English skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing
Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
Independent working skills
Analytical, judgmental thinking
Strong organization and coordination skills, can deliver team tasks on time.
Good personal skills, Good communication skills
