Mô tả công việc
I. Role
- This role is a finance partner of commercial and marketing in Dong Tam Trading. The role supports all channels and brands with leading the financials planning and analysis and business partnering with commercial leads to drive strategic plan and actions for the top-line growth Dong Tam Trading. Key growth pillars within scope of the role include (1) volume growth (2) plan to gain market share, and (3) innovation activities along with annual plan
- 1. Monitor and analyze monthly performance of sales and marketing activities for Dong Tam Trading all regions, channels, products including variance analysis versus forecast and plan
- 2. Discuss the commercial factors in monthly review, challenge and provide correction commentary to commercial team
- 3. Participate planning process for Annual operating Plan, and monthly S&OP
- 4. Simulate PL and assessment in innovation stage gates
- 5. Provide financial analysis in development of tactical plan to deliver annual plan
- 6. Proactively work with key decision makers in Commercial, ensuring business partners understand financial implications of decision alternatives
- 7. Review and update new policies/procedures related to sales and marketing
- 8. Conduct ad-hoc analysis as assigned by manager
Yêu cầu
- University graduation with specialization in Finance / Accounting / Economics
- 3-4 years experiences of management accounting, business analysis, controlling
- SAP experience
- FMCG/Trading background and way of working preferred
- Attention to details, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in budget/ forecasting processes and variance analysis
- Financial modeling and analysis - advance MS Excel and MS Power point
