Key Tasks:
Compensation & benefits:
Administer staff movements such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and termination. Maintain profile records of all staff movement.
Supervise renewal contracts for all employees.
Supervise the system of attendant records, overtime procedures, incentives, bonuses and other benefits related to payroll process.
Check monthly payroll for office employees, full-time, part-time restaurant employees.
Check & supervise social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month on a case-by-case basis.
Support C&B Manager in conducting C&B projects such as for salary structure, performance appraisal, salary [protected info]
Check & supervise monthly personal income tax declarations for employees, or expatriates and report to direct supervise.
Follow up monthly/quarterly/yearly C&B reports timely and correct.
Report:
Supervise any internal reports such as OT, OT tracking management, Absenteeism, movement and other reports.
Prepare and analyze payroll reconcile reports and other reports related to the payroll system.
Check monthly/yearly government reports such as labor reports, expats reports...
Other:
Conduct and support team's actvitites and/or company's events.
Supervise and implement functional projects which assigned such as Cadena software, Attendant record machine.
Other tasks will be assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirement:
BA degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration/Human resource management preferred.
Minimum 03-05 years of experience.
Knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, policies/procedures regarding Human Resource Management (C&B, PIT, SI, HI, UI).
Good English communication skills is preferred.
Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.
Works effectively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Requirement:
