1. Livestream Content Strategy
Develop content strategies for livestreams across campaigns, monthly plans, and mega days
Create and define big ideas, concepts, content angles, and key messages for each livestream, aligned with:
Business objectives (GMV, CVR, AOV, traffic)
Livestream audience behavior (watch time, interaction, impulse buying)
Define and optimize livestream formats (educational, selling-driven, entertainment, review, deal-based, etc.).
Design and own livestream concept frameworks by category (beauty, FMCG, fashion, education, finance, etc.), including:
Livestream format & flow (opening hook, selling blocks, interaction, deal drop, closing)
Content pacing & energy curve by session length
Repeatable concept templates adaptable across brands and platforms
2. Communication Planning (Livestream-Focused)
Translate business objectives into communication objectives and content approaches for livestream initiatives.
Design content flows and communication funnels
Collaborate with Media and Performance teams to:
Recommend paid, owned, and earned touchpoints supporting livestream traffic
Optimize reach, frequency, and audience inflow into livestream rooms
Analyze audience insights, cultural trends, and market behaviors to continuously refine messaging and content approaches.
Ensure all livestream concepts and content formats fully comply with platform guidelines
(TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, LazLive, etc.), including:
Content policy & compliance
Promotion mechanics & deal structures
Algorithm and traffic behavior implications
3. Content Quality & Execution Management
Act as the content quality gatekeeper for livestream concepts:
Review and challenge ideas from
content executives, hosts, or agencies
Ensure consistency in concept quality, brand tone, and selling effectiveness
This role focuses on concept and strategic design rather than daily script writing or operational execution.
4. Performance Analysis & Insights
Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics (Views, watch time, engagement rate, GMV, CVR, clicks, and orders)
Evaluate the connection between content, communication approach, and business performance.
Consolidate post-livestream reports, extract insights, and propose optimization recommendations for future livestreams.
Conduct ongoing research on livestream trends, content formats, host styles, and competitor activities.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Content Strategy, Communication Planning, or Digital Planning.
• Strong understanding of livestream selling psychology and real-time audience behavior.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable livestream formats.
• Experience working with multiple brands/categories in parallel.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of digital platforms is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
